Hi,
I noticed that the FvFlowplayer logo shows on my videos. I have a paid license for one domain it says my key is valid i have the exact code and the logo still shows on my videos. I dont use the key for the staging domain. I don’t understand why it keeps showing up.

It was working fine for several months and now this logo start showing on the video.
If this is caused by the staging domain, please remove it. I’m not sure what the staging domain does, but it was working fine before that.

I’ve checked our licencing logs. You have 4 domains registered, we have only found issues with one of them, that being the domain you have a staging website registered for.
The licence key showed as invalid just for a little while, but has gone back to valid.
The time of the faulty licence check corresponds to the time of your message. Are you still experiencing these issues?

Yes, same thing. On the Fv Player admin side, the videos show without the logo. On the Members side, they show up with the logo.
I tried to change keys, in case i had the wrong one. The videos are displayed on the members subdomain, so maybe this is causing the issue, the staging domain added, which i am not sure what it does.Hello Ettec,
are you using anything to optimize the JavaScript on the website? Recently we had a user who used Autoptimize, so I just reminded him he has to use keep “Also aggregate inline JS” off as noted in our guide: https://foliovision.com/player/advanced/player-minify-plugins
That could explain why it works in wp-admin, but not for your members (who browse the site front-end). You can check the HTML code of one of your pages and see if you can find fv_flowplayer_conf in there.
If your wp-admin is one domain and the members subdomain is on the same master domain, it should still be without the logo.

I will look into this and come back with response, but please remove the staging domain as it does not help me and it confuses me.

LucThe thing is that only on this domain i have this issue, the others have the exact same versions of every plugin and the videos are not displaying the logo.

I removed that staging domain from your licensing.
Please send links to videos on both website so that I can check why the logo issue occurs on one of them. Are you sure all the Autoptimize settings are the same?
