Hello,
i am using wordpress and embedded some videos on my side according this Guide “Serving Private Videos with Amazon S3” (https://foliovision.com/player/video-hosting/secure-amazon-s3-guide) – but the Vidoes are not playing by Safari on Mac. It shows: html5: file not found.
Can you please help concerning this probmel?

Are these problems with playback appearing only on Safari? Or do you experience similar problems on any other browser?
Best would be if you could provide us a link to your site with that affected video so we could check it.
Also please check your admin video checker and let us know what type of error appears in the checker on those videos. If you don’t know how, you can find a guide to that in “Serving Private Videos with Amazon S3” it’s at the very end of that guide as “Troubleshooting with Video Checker”.

yes this problem just occurs with Safari. A Link, where you can check this is: http://www.tu-torials.de/vorschau – here you can find some videos for testing.
The Video checker shows no problems with the videos. (ignore the lower right video on the page).

We’ve tested that and there are some issues with playback on Safari version 10.0.2. Please check your Safari version on Useragents and send us the version info.
Also please test playback on this video and let us know if the video playback works for you or not.
We are investigating what is causing these issues and we will let contact you in the close future with further information.
