Hi,
I recently did some updates and now I was getting the html… embed error that I have seen reported in other posts here. I deleted, reinstalled and saved settings and that error went away but now I’m getting a a message Admin: Video issues – and then when I click the play arrow, the video tries to play and stops. This video worked the last time I tested it. I have not been editing this site, so nothing has changed other than updates.

Hello Evelyn,
your video MP4 file http://b69.e25.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/WebsiteWelcomeVideov2.mp4 redirect to the same URL over and over again.
Perhaps you put in a bad .htaccess rule or something. Have you tried to re-upload the video under different name and try playing that?
