Hi,
The form labels in the editor are transparent for each of the options. I have to select them with my mouse and highlight them to read what each one is. Screenshot attached. Thanks!

Started behaving this way at least a couple of months ago. There have been theme updates and FV Player updates since then and all are up to date. Using Divi/Extra. I can’t point to one specific thing that may have triggered the invisible labels.
When I inspect the CSS of the player editor, I’m not seeing a color assigned to the labels, so they’re showing up as white (and therefore invisible).
Thank you.
Debbie
I have the same problem and I would rather not deactivate plugins as this will have an immediate impact on my earnings. I might mirror my page eventually to have a local test environment, but I don’t have time for this at the moment.
I use the Divi theme, Learndash, Woocommerce, Divi Bodycommerce, Ninjaforms, PaidMembership Pro, WP Fastest Cache, Borlabs Cookies.
Hello Ferdinand,
thanks for the list. I see several plugins, which have special styling for forms (Ninja Forms, Woocommerce), but also a Pro plugins, to which we don’t have access to.
I’d definitely set up the test environment and see how it behaves with TwentySeventeen theme, or look up the form labels in any Developer Tool in a browser of your choice. The chance is great, that one of the plugins or the theme is adding the color white to form labels or even worse, impose an !important rule on such declaration.
If you’d like us to troubleshoot your theme with our player, we’re happy to do that as a Pro Support Incident.
thanks
Viktor
