I moved my content from one domain to another, which included my FVPlayer & Pro. However, on the new domain, the FVPlayer is not showing my tracking events & flowplayer heartbeat. Do I need to do something with the database or reinstall the player completely?

For starters, please make sure that you inserted the correct measurement ID to Settings -> FV Player -> Sitewide FV Player Defaults -> Google Analytics ID.

MariaHello again! It didn’t work unfortunately. I feel as though maybe it is something in the database, as the entire database was copied over to the new domain name, including all of the FV player information, but not sure how to change any of that information.

I apologize for the late reply.
Which version of GA are you using? Universal or 4? Does tracking work for the rest of the page, just not for FV Player?
