Hi,
I have problem with setting changes, I’ve changes setting in setup and skin tabs but after saving, when I upload video nothing changes.
Please give me some advice to solve it.

Hello Ali,
What kind of settings were you trying to change? Also, if I understand correctly, you are using self-hosted videos. Do the changes you saved in player settings reset directly after uploading a video, or you are unable to save them in general (you hit the blue Save All Changes button, but nothing happens)?

Exactly, setting changes didn’t reset after hitting save all changes button, it reset when I upload a video, like the player skin doesn’t shows (colors, logo place,…).

Are you uploading your videos through FV Player’s shortcode editor? And are you by any chance using some kind of page builder plugin? It would also help if you could send us a link to a page with a video on your website, so we could check it there.

First I upload video to Vimeo, then I use FV Player’s shortcode editor to publish my video.
I’ve checked again now and see Ad, player size and almost every changes works now but player skin didn’t change.
Also I insert VAST ad code in FV Player VAST plugin but it’s not work. I checked the code in your test VAST code page and it works but in my plugin didn’t work.this is the link: http://parstubes.com/sara-va-ayda/

I checked your website and I was able to see some non-default colours in the video control bar (http://screenshots.foliovision.com/0a0j3o1D1H2f). Are these the colours you have selected?
As for the VAST tag – in which step is this failing? Have you inserted the tag into the VAST URL field in Settings > FV Player VAST (as it is described in this guide)? Could you also try to add the tag to an individual video by using this shortcode parameter?

I tested your tag in our VAST tester and at first I got only errors, but then I changed HTTP to HTTPS and it suddenly started to work. Could you therefore try the tag with HTTPS?

Now I changed the VAST url and unfortunately nothing changed.
May be I shouldn’t use VAST and Adsense at the same time, right? Or I can use both at the same time?

I’m don’t think that using both VAST and AdSense should cause the issue. I tested your VAST tag on one of our test sites and it worked, although with a different video (your seems to be private). I used this shortcode:
