Hi,
Casting videos from our site using FV player doesn’t work. I can cast the video on the homepage of your site, so casting works generally for me.

I’ve tried various other example streams in different formats from elsewhere and none work, so I’m wondering if this is to do with our configuration of the player or our site?

AirPlay seems to be fine from iOS devices, however Chromecast isn’t working from Android devices.

we have tested this issue on your website and can confirm, that the video will not cast for us either. The video itself seems to be working correctly. Also, since you say that you have tried various formats from various sources, the problem is most likely with your site.
Firstly, please, try to check if FV Player is not in conflict with other plugins, as it is possible that a different plugin is interfering with correct playback.

Hello Colin,
I had a look at your website and I think the issue is that you are also using the Castr player at the same time. Please try to remove it from the page, ti appears to be some iframe code only.

please make sure you update FV Player Pro too, there was a fix for Chromecast in version 7.4.33.727.
