Hello,
we tried enabling the DRM text feature but to no avail.
We are using HLS encrypted videos hosted on AWS Cloudfront.
Is it compatible with the DRM Text feature?
How can we troubleshoot that?

Yes, any video playable in FV Player is compatible with DRM Text.
Are you using the Watermark or the Flash preset? You can check in Settings -> FV Player Pro -> DRM Text->Preset. Perhaps you expected the always visible watermark, but accidentally have the Flash preset on.
The Flash preset is pretty hard to notice by naked eye unless you know what you’re looking for. It’s really just random brief flashes that are meant to be hard to see and much harder to delete from captured footage.
Try the watermark preset and see, if it works the way you wanted.
