Can not upgrade to pro

Hello,
I just bought the Pro Player.
I installed the basic plugin
Then I installed the Pro plugin.
I entered my license here.
I go to the plugin in WordPress

I click: Apply Pro Upgrade
I got message: FV Flowplayer License upgrade failed – please check if you are running the plugin on your licensed domain.

The domain is correct.
I have no idea where to paste the license code.

Can you please helkp me out?

This is solved now.

When I insert a video I get the error message like in the screenshot.
Also, whatever I try, I can not use the seekbar. When I try to go forward in the video, it starts again from start.

For the rest all is working fine and looks great!

We are glad to hear, that you have been able to resolve the issue with your licence.

Sadly, there appears to be no screenshot included with your message. Could you please resend the screenshot, or just write the name of the error you are getting?
