Auto play does not work

Using plugin Version 7.1.15.727 .

My videos have splash image but even without it videos dont autoplay. Have tried 5 different browsers and devices and nothing. Any tips?

Can you send us a link to the video? Also information about the device/OS/browser you had trouble with?

Safari and Chrome allow silent autoplay.
