API Portofolio issue

    Hi foliovision Team,

    I ran into some issue that I never had before with the Hosting of VIMEO in the settings.
    There are API errors that I cannot define. The last three (of 8) are:

    2020-02-18 18:08:56: Error for video portfolio 196881410.hd.mp4?s=24645ecff21ff60079fc5b7715a97c00f90c6a18&profile_id=174&oauth2_token_id=3501005: The requested portfolio couldn’t be found.

    2020-03-20 14:24:13: Error for video portfolio 196881410.hd.mp4?s=24645ecff21ff60079fc5b7715a97c00f90c6a18&profile_id=174&oauth2_token_id=3501005: Invalid portfolio link.

    2020-03-20 14:33:17: Error for video portfolio 196881410.hd.mp4?s=24645ecff21ff60079fc5b7715a97c00f90c6a18&profile_id=174&oauth2_token_id=3501005: Invalid portfolio link.

    Could you or anybody in the forum give me some hints.

    Hello Nicola,

    please provide an export of the player which is using that video file.

    Or are you having issues tracking it down? Then set Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Pro Features -> “Debug” to “Verbose”. Then after a while the debug log file which is revealed once you click the three dots after that setting should contain some clues about there is that bad video/portfolio.

    Hi Martin,
    after not finding anything on my vimeo account that has this specific data (see above), I did some research in Google and found this website https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/blob/master/view/admin.php
    where I could see exactly the same string that is in my error message: 196881410.hd.mp4?s=24645ecff21ff60079fc5b7715a97c00f90c6a18&profile_id=174&oauth2.

    So I assume this must have something to do with one of your test videos or presentations on Vimeo.

    Here is another site where exactly the same link can be found:

    As you can see the string is identical with my error message.
    What can I do to find this mysterious file 196881410.hd.mp4 and the token_id=3501005???

    Ok, I found it: It is your FV Player Pro >Settings >Player Skin video file.
    Somehow this file creates this error message. Check it out.

    Hello Nicola,

    thank you for the bug report, FV Player Pro 7.4.17.727.beta released now will fix the issue.

    We did refactor the Vimeo portfolio code for background processing, so that the pageloads are not slowed down by API calls. But we did make a mistake in the Vimeo portfolio link detection.

    But now it will work as expected.
