Advanced Custom Fields with FV Player

Hello,

I am trying to use FV Player with a WYSIWYG being displayed by Advance custom fields.
I have the button to add a video to the WYSIWYG box but nothing shows in the custom field when I hit Add.

Is this a known issue and any solution?

Kind of resolved.

If the wysiwyg is in code window, it will not work, but in visual display it will work. Not ideal but works.

Hi Jason,

We had some problems with this in the past and we added the support for the shortcode editor in the code view in the native WordPress editor (TinyMCE) and also for our own Foliopress WYSIWYG. What editor are you using?

Hi Eduard,

We are using the WordPress Default editor.
Also we are noticing sometimes the FV player shortcode when added via our ACF WYSIWYG it will show up in our main body.

Also is there anyway to turn off the video adding its own dimensions to the player? I have a default set but it continues to add itself to the main body 40% of the time.

Hi Jason,

Do you mean the resolution of the video changes the default settings?
