We bought FVPLAYER PRO and we have a great post catalog with new and very old videos.
The new ones fit very well because they are in widescreen format, but the old ones are from the TVs of formerly very square.
In this way the ancients were out of proportion.
See this example when clicking on the player.

Hi Paulo!
I see the first link has a video with play bar across the video. The second one looks ok. I quickly tested the video (yogi bear) with no values set in default setting for the player and it looks proportional to me. Please have a look at the screenshot below. Would that help?

In our browser CHROME windowns the old videos display the player in the middle of the video and the video overlays the content of the site.

Yes, I see the issue. Have you tested the option with no dimensions entered in “Sitewide FV Player Defaults”? (Default video size/width – no values entered). In this case our player takes care of the sizing and responsiveness. Also please make sure that you do not enter any custom dimensions when you are posting the video. I set up a test with your video here with no dimensions entered and it was just adjusted automatically. Does this work for you?

I’m sorry the example had expiring link in it. Here is the example with your video on our site. It looks like there is an interference with your theme and some CSS rule.

you are using a CSS like this in /wp-content/themes/mts_best/style.css:
img, video, object { max-width: 100%; height: auto!important; }Just take “video” and “object” out of it to fix the issue. The only way our plugin could circumvent this would be to use a “!important” declaration too. And that is not a good practice.
