Hello, I’m trying to test out the ad preroll function. I have a video here: https://www.ies.org/test/. I have an ad attached to preroll on this video but it never runs. I’ve reviewed your documentation, but can’t figure out why it won’t play first? Can you please tell me what I have missed? Thank you.

Hello Joe,
it seems that video ad URL does not work – it gives a HTTP 403 code. The main video won’t play either.
Are the other videos on the website playing fine? Now the main video started to play as I was writing this message.
