Urgent – Prevent video ad from stretching

We have a video player size 985x450px which is showing YouTube videos.
The preroll video which is 640x480px is being stretched to a bigger size, which is causing resolution issues and text is not legible.

Could you please urgently inform me how I can prevent the preroll from stretching? I want the preroll to play at it’s natural 640x480px dimension, and the YouTube video to play at the bigger 985x450px size.

Hello Ayman,

you can use CSS to achieve this, but I would consider it experimental:

.flowplayer.is-cva .fp-player {
max-width: 640px;
left: 25%;
}

The “is-cva” class gets added to the player when the pre/post-roll video ad is playing. Please let us know if the above code helps, you should insert it into your theme CSS or custom CSS field.
