Hi –
I am just trialling FV Player and am struggling to find out how to make the video thumbnail fit within the dimensions of the page on a mobile device (I have Android, not sure if iPhone is different).
Sure it must be something basic I’ve missed.
Any help would be valued!

sadly, I cannot find FV Player installed on your page. All the videos in the link you posted are simple YouTube embeds not playing through the FV Player plugin. Therefore, I cannot help you at this time.
If you have FV Player installed, please upload a video playing through the FV Player plugin and send us the link to that video.
Alternatively, you can save time re-uploading all the videos by simply going to Settings -> FV Player -> Integration/Compatibility and check the “Handle WordPress audio/video” box. Then click “Save All Changes”.
Once you do that, please inform me and should the issue persist while playing through FV Player plugin as well, I will take a look at it.

Thanks. I’ve tried that, and it’s made it worse!
The first video on the page is linked through [fvplayer id="2"], whereas the others as you spotted are simply YouTube embeds. I think possibly the update I did on the page originally to put the first video in fvplayer as above didn’t work for some reason.

I’m sorry about the late reply here. To get a full-featured YouTube embedding you would have to buy FV Player Pro. Then you would be able to use all the FV Player features, like overlay ads, video ads, interactive transcript, AB looping, subtitles and so on.
If you have issues with YouTube dimensions in the free FV Player then your theme might be doing something weird with the iframe codes.
