Video stops in mobile when screen saver comes on or when screen is closed

Hi,
I am using the flo player for mobile and some of my viewers are complaining the video stops when you close the screen or the screen saver comes on, Is there a setting that I need to change to prevent this from happening?

Hi Crystal,

Are you using FV Player on your website or in a mobile app? If you use it in the mobile app you need to contact developers of that app you’re using.

It should not happen in mobile web browsers since playing the video will automatically force your phone to stay awake and not turn your screen off.
