I am trying to create custom colors for my player, and they will not save. I am using chrome. I click save after changing it, and even in the preview window on the right, there is no change.

I’ve tested the Skin settings on various websites both in Chrome and Firefox and everything seemed fine. Have you tried different browsers?
You could also try to update the FV Player plugin. If you are using FV Player Pro and don’t see an update available, then you can login at https://foliovision.com/my-licenses and then download a ZIP file with your plugin there. Before you upload it to your site via wp-admin -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload make sure you remove the FV Player Pro plugin which is currently there. No worries, no settings or video will be lost.
