AV1 Support

I’m just curious, now that Mozilla has finally added hardware support and most browsers have added the codec to their coding, will FV Player be able to handle the newer AV1 codec?

I realize we are still a few years away before it becomes more mainstream, but since YouTube, Netflix and others are starting to adopt it more, I hope that FV player will be able to as well.

Hello Byron,

AV1 codec works just fine in FV Player. I’ve just tested it both with YouTube videos and with a video uploaded to Bunny Stream. Both played great.
