Remove the box FV Player Video LightBox in WordPress top right corner

I always see the below message on the WP I login,
Can you plz tell how to remove it as its very annoying, as when i click “Acknowledge”, nothing happens and its very annoying, another thing i am an experience i cant update things on the MENU of WP.

FV Player Video Lightbox
“The lightbox technology has been changed from Colorbox to fancyBox

Thank you for the report. We could not reproduce the issue ourselves. Could you open the browser JavaScript console (how to: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis ), then close the popup and see if there is some error? Thanks,
