How to Update the Play button using the button with with the word “Play”

Need some Help! I am trying the update to Play button.

Take look at the “Play” Button all the way to the bottom of this page: http://flash.flowplayer.org/plugins/flash/viralvideos.html under Styling.

How can I get that button for my videos by default?
