once you enter .vtt chapters into your video according to this guide: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/vtt-chapters
And enable AB Loop for the video with chapters: https://foliovision.com/player/advanced/ab-loop-function#activating-ab-loop-individually
Then you should be able to AB Loop the chapters by default.
