amazon s3 vtt files are not showing up in subtitles

amazon s3 vtt files are not showing up in subtitles
I created a bucket and link access/secret key but when it plays back the subtitles aren’t loading? Any guide please?

Then please make sure that the .vtt files are publicly accessible. Does the same issue occur when you store the .vtt files locally on your website?

The only only occurss when I attach the vtt from the amazon bucket

the vtt files on the s3 is public though but it still doesn’t show up.
