I created a new app in vimeo, but still nothing.please help?

What exactly do you mean by user code? We’ve tested Vimeo showcases on our side and everything works fine.
Can you provide us a test page on your website where we can check the issue?

I use the short code:
[fvplayer album="https://vimeo.com/showcase/6052260"]I updated the vimeo acces token and I updated the player to 7.4.28.727.beta

Please try converting that long shortcode [fvplayer album...] into our id shortcode. You can do that easily by inserting the source showcase URL into the video field inside FV Player editor.
