Video taking too long time to start paly

Hello,

I had no issue with video playing time but after last update all the students and me notice that the video taking longer time to start and play even I changed video quality it doesn’t help. All video effected after last update and if I play video without FV player it load and start fast. Also after video start it will not be smooth play it will stop to load and then start again. Any Idea to solve this issue please.
