I tested on my mac 10.11.6 in Safari 9.1.2 and Firefox 59.0.2 and the video on site works for me. Can you please send me what device/browser you noticed the bug?

I tested the video again with Mac High Sierra 10.13.4 and Safari 11.1 but I could not replicate the issue. It works fine for me. Can you try again and maybe describe what exactly/ how happened. If you use our video checker is it giving you any error? You can send us report of the video via our built -in video checker. Here is how to do it.
