I need help ASAP

Clicking “Add New” in “FV Player > Bunny Stream Jobs > Jobs” results in the WordPress media manager window popping up with an error saying:

“Authentication has been denied for this request.”

I double-checked, and the id, API key, and CDN hostname all appear to be correct.

Stream Library CDN Hostname: (redacted)

I’m on WordPress version 5.9.3 with the following plugin versions:

FV Player: 7.5.22.728
FV Player Pro: 7.5.19.727

And my FV Player Pro license key is “$6(redacted)”.

Our programmer Martin has handled your issue 3 hours ago via email and replied all the important information.

I am just posting the information here, for other users that may be facing the same issue:

The master Bunny.net API key has been used instead of the Bunny Stream API key.

Once Bunny Stream API key is obtained, it needs to be stored in wp-admin -> FV Player -> Bunny Stream Jobs -> Settings -> Stream Library API Key.
