FV Player (previously named FV Flowplayer) is a video player plugin for WordPress, not a hosting platform. The player is capable only of showing videos hosted on other external platforms or servers.
We offer no hosting services with our player and therefore we are unable to affect or control the content delivered through the player on the websites of our users in any way. FV Player is an open-source software so you can confirm this by checking the source code here.
The users of our plugin are solely responsible for the content they are serving, therefore I suggest you directly contact http://dizibu.tv/ or your local authorities.
