Hello, the player with vast, ads and youtube embed works pretty well on desktop, but in all my browsers on iphone 6 (and on my wife’s huawei android), the videos and ads are not loading at all…

It seems to load, load and load and then “If the video doesnt start, try restarting your phone”.

I see there is a problem when using ads. We started working on a fix for this, could you please disable Settings -> FV Player VAST -> “Mobile support” for now?

What, do you mean we wont be able to play ads before YT on mobile, never ? Thats why I bought your product and it doesnt work…
Would it be possible to load only an ad then ? Like the player loads only to show an ad ? Thanks

mixing this video type with VAST ad is tricky only on iPad/iPhone. It could work, but there would be another touch required to have the ad play as these devices won’t let you play any video without direct user interaction.
On Android once you start playing a single video on a page you can play any other video (such as ad) automatically, but on iPad/iPhone it don’t work when the video starts playing in some other frame, which is the cause here.
Having just the ad play would be tricky, are you sure you ad network permits it?
