Buongiorno,
ho acquistato e installato la versione di FolioVision PRO + VAST sul sito: http://www.popnews.news.
Ho impostato il tag VAST ma non appare nessun ads prima dei video. Inoltre ho impostato anche l’opzione “Autoplay” ma non funziona.Potete aiutarmi a riguardo

Please, try using your VAST tag here: https://foliovision.com/player/fv-player-vast-vpaid/vast-vpaid-tools/tester To determine, whether the issue is with the tag or something else.
Also, use the browser console (https://foliovision.com/player/troubleshooting/browser-console) and see, if any VAST-related errors appear in it.

ho testato il VAST tramite il link che mi hai girato: è corretto e funzionante.
Ho usato anche la console del browser per verificare eventuali errori ma non ce ne sono, eppure il preroll non si vede.Questa una pagina di esempio con il video che dovrebbe avere all’interno un ads preroll:
https://popnews.news/title/nemici-degli-uccelli/Ti allego una schermata della pagina in cui ho settato il tag VAST. Forse manca qualche passaggio?

I’m not exactly sure why it’s failing for you, but it appears you are using FV Player VAST from some other license.
Please go to https://foliovision.com/my-licenses and make sure you Finally reinstall FV Player VAST from that ZIP file and purge your browser cache.
Let us know if that does not solve the issue.
