FV PLayer VAST license key invalid

Whenever I try to save my FV Player VAST License key, it says it is invalid. I have tried both the key to VAST (fv12****** format) and Player Pro ($43******** format) from my licenses page but neither works. The domain is correct.

The keys you mentioned are correct.

I checked our licencing logs. I see that there was an issue with an invalid key for FV Player Pro. I do not see any issues with your FV Player VAST key.

I see that the correct key has been inserted a couple of hours ago.
Our logs now show that both your licences are working correctly.
