Cache not loading and delivering to users

I have installed this plugin and run cron job multiple times. But plugin/images folder is having only default.png file and no other image file even though I have more than 2k users on my website. How do I solve this issue?

Hello Paresh,

thank you for the bug report.

We are about to release a new version, however something has failed in the comit and we need to review that first.
