It would be very cool if Foliopress WYSIWYG included a Change Case button (e.g, change selected text to upper-case, lower-case, sentence case, capitalize each word). Currently, when I need to do this I have to copy the text to MS Word, use its change case feature, then copy the text back.

Not a bad idea. Foliopress WYSIWYG is in maintenance mode right now. Unless we can come up with a way to reboot the project on a commercial basis, we won’t be adding new features.
That said, I like the idea so if you are able to contribute $50 to the project, we’ll add your feature by the end of next week.

PS. Mac OS offers case change as a service. On Windows you could use PSpad instead of Word (to avoid formatting issues). On Mac you could use TextWrangler. Both are free and awesome text editors.
