Working closely with OMSH, Foliovision did the CSS and programming for TheShiksa.com, including building an Amazon webstore and several technical expansions, including a sophisticated Google recipe plugin which has helped Tori's recipes turn up more often in Google.
Tori Avey has built up a huge following for her colourful exploration of Jewish cuisine. One of the aspects of what makes Tori's site stand out is the amazing photography. First the photos are great and copious and then in Heather's bold design the photos are not half-hearted thumbnails but prominently featured in every post.
TheShiksa.com is a great example of integrating a website into a new business properly from the start. Tori and TheShiksa.com producer Beth Trachtenberg have built a fantastic culinary experience, not just a website.
