Thanks for your reply…yes this is close to what i want…but exactly this what i am looking for
In ted.com i can click on the “View interactive transcript” of any video, you can actually click on the text itself and it takes you to the same point in the video –
For example in this video –

I am also look out to purchase the plugin but can we customise few things in it like – subtitles bottom margin, icon of subtitles, protecting videos from downloading and masking of video url from source code. (we are using Amazon S3 hosting for videos)
