Thanks for getting back to us. We found that your new release is “FV Player 8”, but we’re currently using the Pro version of “FV Player Pro”, which doesn’t seem to have changed yet.

Could you kindly confirm the following:
1.Should we remove the existing free version of “FV Player Pro” and install the new “FV Player 8” plugin?
2.Should we keep the current “FV Player Pro” plugin and simply upgrade it to the latest version?
3.Is the “FV Player Pro” version compatible with the new free version of “FV Player 8”?
Are any additional configurations required for either the free or Pro versions after the update?
