Wplms theme Compatibility

Hello,
I`m trying to protect our videos by using Vimeo, a host for videos and FvPlayerPro with FVPlayer Vimeo Security.
But on the courses page, the videos don’t work; keep loading, no errors. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi Ahmed,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sending your system info.

Do you mean that the videos keep buffering and don’t start to play? Could you please also send us a report via the built-in Admin Video checker?

We’ve previously noticed some compatibility issues with the WPLMS theme, so I’ll forward it to our programmer to take a closer look at your report.

Hello Ahmed,

sorry about the late reply.

Could you please check if the issue goes away if you post some publicly available Vimeo video and if you disable “FV Player Vimeo Security” for minute? Will it work on the course pages that way?

Alternatively please setup a standard user account for us to let us sign up for the course to let us really see the issue.
