Hi I’m using the free version of FV Player and have set it up to deliver videos securely to my WordPress web site from an Amazon S3 bucket.
On page load, the splash images do not show, and two errors appear in the console:
“Cross Origin Read blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response <secure link to image on s3 bucket> with MIME type application/xml.”
“GET <secure link to image on s3 bucket> 404 (Not found)”However, clicking the “play” arrow button plays the video just fine.
Am I missing a configuration somewhere?

Do you have both image and your video in the same bucket? If it does not work could you post a shortcode you are using? We will not publish it of course.

Hi Lucia, thanks for the response. I think I’ve actually figured this out — the application pushing videos to our S3 is sometimes not pushing splash images with them. So it’s a problem at source, not with the player. Oops!
