On our dev site the ‘stream loader – Speed up’ feature was working fine, until suddenly it broke all HLS streams.
Error message in player: ‘Network error, Video not properly encoded.’
We ares using S3 and Cloud front with URL tokens and encryption. The error also happens when using video without encryption. When disabling the Speed up feature, it works all fine.
Any hint what could have caused the sudden failure if this feature?

Please check your PHP error log and let us know if you see any lines related to
stream-loader.php.If you are not sure about how to check the PHP error log, the server technical support should be able to give you a hand.
Or you can install this plugin which makes a list of these errors available in wp-admin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/
Then try to play a video once again and the error should be recorded in these logs.
