RTMP error on video checker

    Hi
    I am trying to set up videos to stream on a memberships site, initially protected, so no downloading, but I may change this sometime in the future.
    As far as I can see I have set up everything according to the documentation ‘FV Flowpayer Serving Private Videos via CloudFront’.

    Although the video plays, It show Video Errors,as follows:
    RTMP Error: Connection failed. (Application specific message: SabreAMF_AMF3_Wrapper Object ( [data:SabreAMF_AMF3_Wrapper:private] => stdClass Object ( [message] => InvalidInstance: ‘_cfmeta_customerlogs=0&_cfmeta_dnsname=xxxxxxxxxxxxx.cloudfront.net&_cfmeta_id=e2jwwku7svqztq&_cfmeta_parsed=18408670&_cfmeta_payerid=:1:d2:bcd3:pid12:815803975713ee&_cfmeta_priceclass=priceclass_all’. A connect string of ‘cfx/st’ is required. ) ) )

    Can someone translate please! :)

    Just wondered if you’d had a chance to look into this error yet? I presume that as long as the videos are working OK that it’s nothing to worry too much about.

    Hi Phil,

    We checked our Amazon RTMP code. It’s working okay. It does look like we need to fix the video checker for RTMP though.

    Keep us posted if you run into other issues related to RTMP or playback. We are actively working on our Amazon codes.

    Hello Phil,

    the RTMP checker was fixed. It now properly detects the cfx/st path.
