Play Button Icon on Play Bar is a Square

Hi Martin and Everyone,

I noticed that the play button icon on the playbar of the videos on my site are squares (see attached screenshot)…it doesn’t seem like the icon is loading for some reason. Everything was fine about a week or so ago. It looks like it is working on the foliovision website so I’m not sure what is going on with my site.

Do you have any ideas on how I could fix this?

Hi Devin,

Please just go to:
WP Admin back-end -> Settings -> FV Player Pro and simply hit any Save all changes button.(don’t need to do any changes)

This should solve the problem with script loading the CSS styles file with wrong path.

Hello Devin,

the reason why this issue occurred is that you switched from the https://github.com/foliovision/fv-wordpress-flowplayer/archive/10813322-fancybox-forcing.zip FV Player version back to master and it doesn’t detect that change and doesn’t automatically recreate the cached CSS file, yet.

Saving the settings recreates that CSS file, so bad paths get fixed.

Martin, we really must simplify this redeployment/change process. Expecting users to resave their settings is unrealistic. My suggestion would be that FV Player keeps track of its version. If it detects a change it either auto-resaves settings itself or prompts any admin user to do so until it’s done.
