enter your HLS M3U8 stream as the primary video source, that should help your setup. No need to enter it as a mobile video as most mobiles won’t play RTMP anyway.

I strongly recommend that you enter the HLS video as the main video source. You currently have it as a mobile and that kicks in only below certain screen size. Perhaps your iPhone uses it in portrait orientation, but not landscape.

Yes, that fields is the primary video. You can click “Add another format” or “Add RTMP” to add alternative format.
HLS gets automatically picked by Safari on Mac computers and by “iDevices”. Other browsers will just ignore it, so in your case they will only have RTMP as the last resort. If the computer has no Flash installed, it will then fail to play the video. But most computers have Flash because of Youtube or they support HLS (Apple).
