I am using the lightbox which works great on the web. When I get to mobile no video shows up. On Android I hear audio, and if I click the full screen button, the video plays. Is there something I need to do or a setting that I need to use to get it to work. I feel like it’s almost there.

I tested the issue on Android 7.1.1 in our lightbox demo and the lightbox was working properly.
Could you please send us a link to your video? You could also test our demo on your device and let us know the results.

it comes up, but only plays the audio. it will play the video if you do full screen mode.

Thanks for the sample video. I was able to see the issue on the test device. I also checked if the source video file is ok and there were no problems with it.
Is it possible that your theme has a built-in lightbox gallery, or are you using any plugin for that? Also, what version of FV Player are you currently using?

Could you try to use a FV Player shortcode instead of the ahref tag? Your code could look like this:

Eduardnope. first it put a black background behind it, but more importantly it didn’t work on the phone, or it did the same thing.
also is there a reason it says 1 of 2. maybe that’s an issue?

I just tested the video on Android (7.1 and 8) and iOS (9, 10, and 11) and it worked on all devices properly. Have you changed something on your end?

Eduardyes, I paid for WP lightbox ultimate. That wasn’t working on the page and it turns out that they don’t do real lightbox on mobile… it pops up under it. But when I deactivate that plugin, yours no longer works (or does what it had been doing)

I just tested our lightbox again on some of our test sites and on foliovision.com and it worked on all of them, so it probably was some kind of compatibility issue in your case.
