prejudice I updated the site wordpres, and now I can not see the video.
you see this error: “Admin JavaScript warning:
I’m sorry, your JavaScript Appears to be broken. Please use the “Check template” in plugin settings, read our troubleshooting guides, troubleshooting guides for programmers or order our pro support and we will get it fixed for you.

What should I do?

Hello Antonio,

as a first troubleshooting step we recommend trying the default WordPress theme, perhaps it will work there. Then it’s related to your theme. You can just use the theme preview feature to check this out.

I see you are out license user, please let us know where I can see the issue on your site.

I’m noticing no issues actually. The video plays for me and I can see all the required scripts in footer.
