    Hi,

I’m receiving an HTML 5 video file not found, but all my other Amazon S3 videos work.

    Can you please assist?

Could you please send us the link to the video and the type of device you are using?

Its behind the paywall, so I can’t send you the link without a login and password.

Can you provide me an email to send you the info to?

    Hi daniel,

Thanks for the login and password, but I forgot to ask for the link to the video. Sorry for that. Could you send it as well?

    Thanks,
    Eduard

    Hi Eduard,

I sent this yesterday. Did you receive it?

    Hi daniel,

The video on your site should be fixed by now.

The video itself was working but for some reason there was a problem with ‘%26’ symbol in the link on your site. I’ve tested it with it on other sites and it worked fine. When I changed ‘%26’ to ‘&’, it started to work on your site as well.

    Thanks,
    Eduard
