    Hi,

I’m receiving an HTML 5 video file not found, but all my other Amazon S3 videos work.

    Can you please assist?

I posted something similar yesterday but it’s “still awaiting moderation” I have the same issue as you. I have clients complaining about that error. They all are using the same Mobil device. Samsung Galaxy s7

We have noticed your problem and we’re working on a solution. Since it’s a similar problem to daniel’s, we’ll post it to this thread as soon as it’s resolved.

Its behind the paywall, so I can’t send you the link without a login and password.

Can you provide me an email to send you the info to?

    Hi daniel,

Thanks for the login and password, but I forgot to ask for the link to the video. Sorry for that. Could you send it as well?

    Thanks,
    Eduard

    Hi Eduard,

I sent this yesterday. Did you receive it?

    Hi daniel,

The video on your site should be fixed by now.

The video itself was working but for some reason there was a problem with ‘%26’ symbol in the link on your site. I’ve tested it with it on other sites and it worked fine. When I changed ‘%26’ to ‘&’, it started to work on your site as well.

    Thanks,
    Eduard
