I’m hosting my own video file on my site. I’m getting immediate audio, but no video. Everything appears to be working properly, except the video.
Here’s my shortcode:

MartinAll I get is:
“Admin: Video Warnings” at the top left of the video window. Nothing else. Audio starts going with no video.
Another piece of information is that I am using single video rather than player mode.
Any other ideas?
I am using visual composer as well. I note on the forum that there may be some problems with that plugin.

Hello Mark,
the “Admin: Video Warnings” message should be clickable. Clicking it should bring up more details. If it doesn’t, there may be a CSS bug, although we haven’t had this issue before. Try to preview your site with TwentyFourteen theme, find your video there and you should be able to click the message.

Visual composer won’t affect the video checker. Is there any other bug you are experiencing?

I re-converted my mpg to mp4 and different converter software. btw, I used Handbrake – It works well. I am still getting the video warnings message which is not clickable on my setup for some reason. However, the video and audio now work perfectly.
The FV product is the only one I tested and gives me what I want. It’s the only one I found that plays the video immediately without trying to buffer a very large video before showing anything. You guys did a great job on this.
Because of your willingness to help and product quality, I made my purchase last night.
