RTMP Buffer Time

Hi,

I have an issue of jerky playback for the initial 10 seconds of the RTMP stream. I have contacted my streaming provider who asked me to increase the buffer time of the flowplayer.

Could you please let me know how to increase it? Alternatively any other solution?

Hello Jinobi,

we are checking what the possibilities are.

Flowplayer uses Adobe NetStream and seems to be using the default values.

Hello Jinobi,

this feature will be available in core Flowplayer in a month or two. Let us know if this is important for your work though, perhaps then we can accelerate development of this feature.

Yes, we really need it in next 3-4 weeks time as the playback is not good for the first 10 seconds.

I appreciate if you could accelerate it.
