Playing at the viewport does not work. The video starts at some point, but certainly not in the viewport. I bought the player solely for this function.

what happens when the video comes into the viewport? Does it start loading at all?
Do you run into the same issue if you post the video on a new page with just some text and the player on it? I’m asking in case you are using any special positioning for the player which might affect the viewport check.

Do you run into that same issue with a standard WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty Three?
Please let us know if there is a test page where we can see the issue and enable wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings -> Pro Features -> Debug.
