I have registered my company 5 days ago, and I’m waiting for VAT UE. Can I buy FV Player? I need it to work on my web page. I want to pay now and you can send me invoice when I receive my VAT UE (max 30 days).

The system won’t let us take VAT off without a valid VAT number. Since you already have a valid registration please go ahead and buy with VAT.
Once you receive your VAT number, please contact me with a quick message with your new number and we’d be happy to put it in a the system and issue you a refund for VAT. Hope it helps. Let me know if we can help with something else.Lucia

Hi Mariemargo!
1. If you want to purchase player for a company that is outside EU we do not collect VAT in this case as you have responsibility to handle that in your accounting.
2. If you want to purchase player for a company that resides within EU (already registered but no VAT number yet) please choose in your case “I have an European VAT ID” and do not fill any information and just proceed to paying. The total will include VAT. And when you will get your VAT number contact me immediately and we will issue refund for VAT.
