Chinese VTT Chapters

I’m planning to puchase,and I’ve tested chinese vtt and srt file by using FV PLAYER on my wordpress with FV plugin, but both of these subtile format are unrecognizable codes. I think it caused by font and I did’nt found anywhere that I can add chinese font.

Hello venaga,

you need to make sure the file is saved with proper encoding. Are you sure it’s using UTF8?

We have some Arabic subtitles on https://foliovision.com/player/demos/subtitles and it works.

Are you getting the same issues if you switch to a default WordPress template such as TwentySeventeen?
